The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership program with a Management concentration and a Project Management track provides students with the opportunity to develop skills in leadership, organization, and effective team management. The program emphasizes collaboration and decision-making in diverse industries and organizational settings, including private, public, for-profit, and non-profit sectors.
The Project Management track focuses on leading projects from initiation to completion, with an emphasis on tools and methodologies for planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation. Students explore strategies for quality control, stakeholder communication, and customer satisfaction while managing projects to achieve performance goals efficiently. Coursework integrates real-world scenarios to help students develop problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
