What is a Quality Enhancement Plan?

A Quality Enhancement Plan, or QEP, is a strategic plan to improve the academic experience of students at an institute of higher learning. At ECPI University, we are proud to announce our 2023 QEP: ENGAGE. The goal of this plan is to promote student success through personal growth, which in turn improves graduation rates.

What Does ENGAGE Stand For?

ENGAGE stands for Explore, Nurture, Grow, Achieve, Graduate, and Excel:

• Grow Your Abilities
• Achieve Academic & Life Success
• Graduate to New Opportunities
• Excel in your profession

This acronym was conceived through a rigorous and extensive research process involving students, faculty, alumni, and employers. Through this strategy, ECPI University encourages students to hone self-management skills which could serve them well throughout their academic, personal, and professional lives.
