Corning Optical Communications has announced plans to add 205 new positions over the next five years at its Winston-Salem and Hickory, North Carolina facilities. According to a recent news report in The News & Observer,  the company had considered expanding in China and Mexico. No doubt, a determining factor was finding the right employees.
