50 ECPI University Library Databases
Using Technology to Create a Massive Repository of Information
Like most things, libraries have changed quite a bit over the past few decades. Technology has allowed academic and public institutions to reduce dependency on paperbound publications and time-consuming microfilm. Today, the depth of a library’s cache of information can best gauged by the databases that are available to its patrons.
By that measure, ECPI University is providing its students with an astonishing amount of information. Founded in 1966 as a computer programming school, ECPI University has always sought to leverage the most current technology to benefit our students.
