The Navy College Program for Afloat College Education (NCPACE) is designed for navy personnel assigned to afloat, and other qualifying commands.

• Eligible sailors can take college credit courses, with tuition paid by the Navy.
• Book costs are the covered by the student.

ECPI provides computer based training (CBT) courses in support of this outstanding program, and credit earned can be applied toward formal degree completion.

Can a sailor earn an ECPI degree through NCPACE?
Sailors can apply ECPI NCPACE earned credit towards their degree. ECPI has created degree roadmaps which identify how the approved courses can lead to degree completion.

Registering for courses?
Sailors should first talk to their Educational Services Officer, or designated Navy College Office Representative. Ask to see the current NCPACE Catalog for a listing of all approved courses, or contact ECPI directly via email.
